Playa Parguito
Playa Parguito is 1 kilometer long, and it has heavy swell. This beach is the favorite of the local residents of the island, the young, and the rest of the tourists from all over the country.
There are many different kinds of restaurants here. This beach is very active all year round. On one side of the beach, there is a small hill where you can take beautiful pictures of the landscape of Plya el Tirano, and Playa El Agua.
The beach is ideal for practicing surfing. It is possible to rent surf boards at the beach. A couple of times during the year, sea turtles go there to deposit their eggs.
During the evening, at about 4.00 p.m., the sunset starts, and you can see the sun setting behind the palm trees,making the evening pleasurable and fresh.
